ABOUT SERAPARK

SeraPark has been thoughtfully designed and developed with a passion for creating a boutique residential community, conceptually unique, in the northern area of Bucharest, in the commune of Tunari. The project emphasizes genuine tranquility, generous green spaces, south-facing terraces, and energy efficiency integrated from the very concept stage.

The development comprises only 15 apartments, distributed across three low-rise buildings (ground floor + 2 floors), with each level dedicated to a single apartment.

The architecture is clean and airy, designed to maximize usable space and natural light unobstructed by neighboring buildings. The spacious, south-facing terraces optimize solar gain, enhancing both thermal comfort and energy efficiency in every apartment.
